Yes, Dear friends and compatriots of the sacred tin-foil, the end is indeed near. I can almost hear the repeated low murmuring of the word “Braiinnnssss….” as I pack up my flamethrower and stack it neatly beneath several cases of canned tuna. Keeping up to date on the dirty dealings of the zombies in Washington is important work, but it takes a toll on one’s psyche, and after 5 long years of internet info-warriorhood, I have made the decision to cleanse myself of its wretched low-vibrational effects and retreat to higher ground, away from the trappings of microwave towers, cellphones, Wi-Fi and bologna sandwiches to grow food, focus on living things, and generally try and ignore it all to death.

I suppose that NonServiam Radio was my way of wrapping things up before I retreated to another life. I wanted to make sure that when I looked back from the crash-stead at the valley below, I was able to feel a sense of completion, in that I did everything that I could to help the thinking wogs of this world to wake up and prepare for what’s coming down the pike. The illusion of mainstream life is a spell being constantly reinforced by our participation and belief in it. If I helped to break the spell, and turn the head of just one individual away from that death-dance then my work here has been successful, and NSR subscribers have already made it clear to me that this is the case.

Many thanks to everyone out there who has been along for the ride. Barring any major acceleration of zombie activity, Ihatethat.net and NSR will remain up until sometime in October 2009, so spread it around and remember: the eye is moving. The enemy’s itinerary is progressing and picking up speed every day. The time to prepare was yesterday, not tomorrow. Beans, bullets and band-aids are essential, but nothing is more important in these strange days as the relationships that you build with the Earth and the human community that surrounds you. Turn off the fucking screen for awhile. Go outside. Breathe.

…and remember: Zombies hate it when YOU have a good time!
